The glass suction tools are great, too. It states to use them for comedone removal (which it works pretty decently for) but I use the wide flat attachment on a low suction power setting for Lymphatic manipulation. The suction power is also MORE than enough, I have yet to use the device at full power because most of the clients I use this on have aging and delicate skin and I don’t need that amount of power. Even for more resilient skin such as on the back or booty or anywhere else, medium suction power is absolutely adequate. (When it starts making that puckering sucking sound, back off the suction just a hair because that’s way too much: longer sustained contact during your passes builds pressure so suction increases (it does require a tad bit of finesse and awareness to get the perfect amount down: hence why professionals are recommended!!!) so you don’t need to go full blast!I have the style 4 stars because I don’t need the huge tray attached to the back of the unit; I keep my wands and attachments in a closed container to keep them clean between uses. It does help when I’m in session but I also use a rolling cart with plenty of space to set the wand down next to the unit if I need to. I also would suggest a finer mist spray for the toner spray bottle attachment that comes with it, it works almost too much like a mist setting on a water hose. Notice that microdermabrasion should be done on skin free of active acne lesions. If there are pustules or open comedones then you risk breaking the skin and spreading bacteria.
